Remanufactured Toner Cartridges – see product package insert for warranty information. Return procedures are applicable below.
Compatible InkJet Products
We offer a 100% guarantee to our valued customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our compatible inkjet products, you may return it in resalable condition within 180 days of purchase for a replacement, refund or credit. No restocking fees are applicable.
Defective Products
Defective compatible products may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a replacement, refund or credit. These products must be returned in original packaging.
OEM (original Equipment Manufacturer) Products
If you are not completely satisfied with an OEM product, you may return it in resalable condition within 30 days of purchase for a replacement, refund or credit.
Defective Products
Defective OEM products may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a replacement, refund or credit. These products must be returned in original packaging.
Order Errors
OEM products, ordered in error by the customer, may be returned within 30 days for a replacement, refund or credit. A restocking fee of 15% will be applicable.
Special Order Products
Special Order OEM products may be returned as above unless otherwise stated non-returnable on originating invoice.
Return Procedure
In Person – visit our office Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
By Phone – call us at 663-7712. We will arrange a Return Request Form be sent to you via fax.
By Email – canadiancartridge@shaw.ca .We will arrange a Return Request Form be sent to you via reply email.
All returns without a pre-arranged Return Request Form will not be processed.
Please note: should a replacement product(s) be requested, the product(s) will be invoiced pending examination of returned product.
Return Request Form Completion Instructions
Please complete all indicated areas on the form and attach the completed form to the outside of the packaged return. This is the most important step, as we need to recognize the return as it comes into our shipping/receiving area. Packages returned without the Return Request Form securely attached to the outside of the packaging will not be processed.
